Shipping Policy

  • Processing time is up to 7-10 days. Due to COVID-19, processing time may be slightly delayed at 14 - 21 days. 
  • Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking details.
  • Shipping costs are determined by total weight and destination.
  • International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate this fee in advance. 100xCoin is not responsible for the payment of this fee.
  • We currently ship to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. 

Return/ Refund Policy

  • Due to the exclusive nature of the products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for refunds or store credit.
  • If you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, please contact our support team at support@100xcoin.shop with photos within 3 days of receipt.

Order Changes

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@100xcoin.shop. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel your order. 
  • For other order changes, please contact us immediately at support@100xcoin.shop. If the order has already gone into production or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
